I am the Head of the Teaching & Learning Unit at the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries. I have worked in academic libraries for over a decade predominantly as a teaching librarian. The teaching component of my work is where I find the greatest inspiration and reward. I constantly seek lessons on the craft of teaching be that through students, theory, or role models. To do so, I am committed to a reflective approach to each episode of learning in which I engage.
